PMMS is a platform which covers multiple activities being carried during final year of B.E. It covers activities such as to student registration, team formation, Periodic Progress Report (PPR), Patent Search & Analysis Report (PSAR) generation activity, Design Engineering – Canvas activity, Business Model Canvas (BMC) and its report upload, Patent Drafting Exercise (PDE), Final project report upload, Uploading the plagiarism search report, Completion Certificate generation.
Of all above listed activities, students are required to submit the details on PMMS portal, many times students submits some/fraction of details related to any activity on PMMS portal and then go away for some assignments. So to save a part of work performed on PMMS portal SAVE button is given on all activities pages. The details which are partially submitted via SAVE button, remains open for any edition or modifications.
At any point of time when student finishes all tasks related to any said activity and want to submit final details to GTU at that time they have to click on SUBMIT button. The details which are submitted via SUBMIT button, are remains not remain open for any edition or modifications to the students.
SAVE : If students click on Save, their activity records will be
saved and they can edit the same in future.
SUBMIT: If student click on Submit, their activity records will be
submitted and they will not be able to edit the same in future.
