What is the role of faculty (Internal guide/HOD/Principal) in PPR activity?

The detailed role of faculty (Internal guide/HOD/Principal) in PPR activity are as below:

• Make students aware about the objective of this activity.

• Faculty (Internal guide/HOD/Principal preferably internal guide)  MUST has to verify the PPR and uploaded attachments as submitted by each student. 

• Faculty may give their suggestion/inputs/comments related to PPR and attachment. 

• Faculty may give their opinion for PPR under comment box via using COMMENT and REVIEW features. (Please refer: 

  What is difference between COMMENT & REVIEW button on PMMS portal, under faculty/HOD/Principal account?)

• The same tasks can also be performed from HOD/Principal’s account.

• Based on the inputs from internal guide/HOD/Principal each student has to take necessary action.

• External guide and External mentor can also comment on this activity.
